confirmed appointments are excluded. Manual admin overrides are applied. Contact data (lead source,
buyer status, contact age) is enriched from GHL on an hourly sync; rows marked "Not enriched yet"
will fill in as the sync catches up. Use the filters above to scope per coach or company-wide.
