RoofCalc collects account details you provide during signup, billing details handled through Stripe, estimate request data submitted through hosted forms or embeds, and basic product analytics used to measure onboarding and subscription activity.

We use this data to operate the quote workflow, deliver estimate and notification emails, support billing, improve the product, and measure which marketing and onboarding paths lead to paid activations.

Third-party services

RoofCalc relies on third-party providers including Stripe for subscription billing, Brevo for outbound email delivery, Anthropic for estimate generation, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta for attribution and launch measurement.

Data retention and access

We retain account and estimate data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet billing obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@lead-tools.com.
