Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using RoofCalc as a paid software product.
Service scope
RoofCalc is a contractor-facing software tool for collecting roof-lead details, generating estimate ranges, and managing hosted quote workflows. You are responsible for reviewing all estimate outputs before sending or relying on them.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security, for the accuracy of the information you submit into the platform, and for using RoofCalc in a lawful manner. You may not use the service to submit deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized data.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Plan limits, pricing, and any beta discounts shown at checkout control the active subscription at the time of purchase.
No warranty for business decisions
RoofCalc helps speed up estimating workflows, but it does not replace contractor judgment, site inspection, insurance review, or legal advice. You remain responsible for the quotes, scopes, and commitments you issue to homeowners.
